I solve real problems by building things.

I’m Dr. Ehoneah Obed. I trained as a pharmacist, I build software and AI systems, and I start companies. I treat each one as an experiment: build it, test what works, and share what I learn, across health, education and funding.

Building since 2013

Writing code since 2013, and writing about what I build since pharmacy school.

Co-founder and CTO

I built GRANTED’s AI platform: matching, funder intelligence and agents with human review.

Educator

I teach undergraduate software and AI engineering. At ALX Africa I designed programs, taught their first cohorts and was lead subject matter expert for a degree.

Doctor of Pharmacy

Clinical pharmacist at Tamale Teaching Hospital. Precepted 50+ PharmD students and residents.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), KNUST · Executive Master of Health Informatics, University of Toronto (Mastercard Foundation Scholar) · AWS Certified Solutions Architect · 70,000+ followers across platforms

GRANTED: AI that makes funding easier to find and manage

An AI grant-management platform I co-founded and built: grant matching, funder intelligence, a browser extension that fills in grant portals, and AI agents that source funding data for a person to approve.

Kora.js: apps that work anywhere

Pharmacies using my Ngoane products kept asking for software that worked online and offline, across branches. So I built an offline-first framework: local SQLite storage, automatic conflict resolution and multi-device sync, with no sync code to write. KoraForms and KoraDocs test it, and it powers Bozoma Learn, Bozoma Innovation Hub’s LMS.

Where my experiments have taken me

Health, education and funding

Health

Where I started

Clinical pharmacy, software for community pharmacies in Ghana, and peer-reviewed health informatics research. The field I keep returning to.

Education

Programs as products

The undergraduate software and AI engineering courses I teach, the programs and degree curriculum I designed at ALX Africa, and Bozoma Learn, the offline-first LMS I built for Bozoma Innovation Hub.

Funding

AI for grants

GRANTED matches organisations with grants, explains what funders support and helps with applications, with people reviewing what the AI produces.

How I build

Software, AI, and learning in public

Software

Platforms end to end, from data model and cloud architecture to the screen people use every day.

AI with a person in the loop

AI does the heavy lifting: reading, extracting, matching. A person stays in control, with clear review steps before anything goes live.

Experiments

I test ideas in ventures and in my own life, keep a log, and share what I learn, including what didn’t work.
